Counseling to Job Seekers and New-coming to Labor Market

Given that the modern world of the labour market and employment is constantly changing rabidly at a rate that brings significant changes in its structure and content (new forms and levels of work organization, new principles govern professional activities), young people need new skills (basic, social- personal, technical – professional, intercultural, etc.) to ensure their employability.

As part of the counselling intervention, the young people are provided with services that, depending on the case, have an aim to:

  • Investigate and identify the personal traits and potentials
  • Inform about various options in the field of education, training and work
  • Develop the ability to critically process and use information
  • Develop self-research skills, search and use information sources, decision making, setting goals as well as actions for implementing those goals
  • Get to know the workplace through activities
  • Develop job research skills
  • Compile a Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Attend at an interview of their selection
